1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active ed888 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ed888 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ed888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

You agree to provide any documentation requested by ed888 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your ed888 account remains accurate and up to date. You must notify ed888 promptly of any changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or other account details. ed888 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ed888 login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify ed888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ed888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

ed888 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ed888 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ed888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. 5.2 Deposit Requirements

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ed888 Platform without the prior written consent of ed888. Unauthorized use of ed888 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ed888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, even if ed888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ed888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ed888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ed888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ed888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond ed888's reasonable control.

11. Responsible Gaming

ed888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.
